Our Application Process
At nGülam, our consultants bring a wealth of experience and expertise to each project. All of our consultants have worked large corporates or start-ups. They possess strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, and are team players with high levels of integrity, humility, and humor.
Our Application Process
1) Online Application: Complete an online application form and upload your CV. We will review this to determine if you are a good fit for our Talent Pool.
2) Initial Interview: If you are a good fit, we will conduct a video and/or face-to-face interview with a member of our Talent Team and/or Client Partner. You will also complete our online Profile Form, specifying the recency and depth of your experience by sector and function.
3) Reference Check: If we believe we are likely to have imminent project work for you, we will conduct a telephone reference check with a partner from your former consulting firm, with a second reference taken when we have a ‘live’ project opportunity for you.
